THE QUESTION AT THE HEART OF YOGA

Who am I?

Not the roles we play. Not the stories we carry. Not the thoughts that come and go. For over fifteen years we have taught yoga as it was always meant to be taught: as a complete path of self-knowledge, with the body as its doorway, never its destination.

PHILOSOPHY AND LINEAGE · E-RYT 500

Born and raised in Kolkata, India in a yogic and spiritual family, Raj began his yoga journey at the age of seven at Ghosh's Yoga College. It is my deepest yearning, he says, to teach ancient yoga to modern people.

PRACTICE AND HEALING · E-RYT 500

Creator of Kinetik Yoga and an Integrative Healing Facilitator, Kelly came to yoga through her own healing. Through my own debilitating pain, she says, I have learned that we are our own healers. And, sometimes we can use some support.

STUDENT VOICES

In their words, not ours

"One of the few programs I've seen in the US taught by an Indian instructor. Raj teaches you about Hinduism, Buddhism, and yoga in its truest form. Nothing is compromised in order for a Westerner to learn."
